Blast and Ballistic Mitigation Solutions for New and Existing Structures

Existing brick or cinderblock walls present a safety challenge in that they break up under the impact of a blast. CCPartners provides and installs a multi-layered reinforced X-Flex® film that is glued with special cement to the inside of the wall and anchored to the foundation and roof structure. It is quickly installed, unobtrusive, and can be painted or wallpapered over. Yet it is always on-duty to hold the wall together in the event of hostile actions against your facility.
Blast mitigation protection is necessary for certain high-risk locations. CCPartners offers a number of unobtrusive solutions. Along with window films, we provide lightweight carbon-fiber panels of varying thicknesses that will stop RF energy, reduce blast effects, and will stop the penetration of bullets. Panels can be engineered to stop small arms fire up through AK-47 and NATO 7.62 jacketed rounds.
Windows can be covered with a transparent film that will stop small arms fire as well as providing blast mitigation protection. It will save energy and may qualify for Energy Saving credits. Higher protection window solutions are available when required.
